The Petey Greene Program

Welcome to the Petey Greene Program's student resources wiki! Whether you're a new or seasoned volunteer, we think the information here will help you become a stronger tutor in the correctional facilities where we work.

The Petey Greene Program envisions a world in which all incarcerated people have access to high quality academic programs and all people recognize their stake in supporting education in correctional facilities. We supplement education in correctional facilities by providing individualized tutoring. We work to promote academic achievement in prison classrooms in order to support people and build stronger communities. For more detailed information about where we work and what we do, please visit our website at!

But for now, we hope you'll explore the wiki, where we aim to provide current information about tutoring (both holistic and region-specific), logistics that will help you get to and from the facilities where we operate, and other tutor-related information you may find useful. Make sure to check out the region where you volunteer!
